A few more Open show results this week: at Chichester and District CS, Judge Miss M Morrison (Lewisisle) found BOB in : Backs - Kazkell Ching-Ching for Leighroy and BP in Burtons - Jujohn Action Man. Mrs Catons, Lorah's Girls Aloud at Henrix, completed her Junior Warrant at the show, winning both the junior and Post Graduate classes, Owners - Sue and Jon Caton said “ We are thrilled especially as she is still only 15 months old and this is our first JW.Many congratulations.

At Lichfield Canine Society, Michelle Fisher (Ellmara) judged the breed for the first time and found BOB in Roberts & Smith's IR.CH Serenglade Flag Ship by Rayol , RBOB Coughlan's Paupad Revelation ,BP Bartram's Burghbridge Black Shadow.

Well done to Alison & Michael Atkins (Vlinder), at the Northern Dog Club for taking BOB & Toy Group2 with Papplewick Petroglyph ShCM and BP & Puppy Group 1 with Papplewick Pinball Wizard. Papillon judge - Miss M Gray (Evarclasi) & Group Judge - Mrs Pauline Sidgwick (Paulian).

At Newton Abbott and South Devon CS, the judge was Mrs: Caroline Odd (Trenarwyn) who found Best of Breed in : Ringland Genies To Alex for Temelora (Morrell and Teague) and Best Puppy in Breed: Panspayon Paige (Orchard).

At Henley-on-Thames Open show, Miss Kirsten Stewart-Knight (Tussalud) judged the breed and drew a good entry, finding BOB in Elendil San Michele.(Mesd A & E Borg) who went on to take Toy Group 2 and Best Puppy in Temelora Runnin Around Sue, (Mesd S & T Morrell & Teague) who also went on to take Toy Puppy group 2.

The Papillon entry at DFS Crufts is to be 267 dogs making 294 entries, CKCS head the toy group entry as usual, and Pugs have taken our usual second place spot with 10 more dogs than us at 277. It will certainly be a busy day for judge Rosemary Ayris, no doubt there will be an announcement that we shall have an early start to judging.
