16 April 2010 - Our Dogs

There are quite a few results this week, Easter seems to have been a busy time. At Accrington and Dist. CA, Mrs M Fallas judged the breed and found BOB in Raper’s Kazkell Tetleys Dream and BPIB Raper’s Kazkell Definatley Dazzling for Kennice.

At Exonian and Dist. CA the Judge was Mr Raol Smith and he found Best of Breed in Panspayon Atlantis who went on to win Toy Group 3 and Best Puppy in Breed: Temelora Passing Fancy who also won Toy Puppy Group 3 .Reserve Best of Breed: was Panspayon Lucky Jim. At Wickford and Dist CA Mr Jan Roosens (Belgium) judged the breed and he found Best Of Breed in Mrs.A.Richardson's Amsema Mitsouko which then went on to win Toy Group 3 and Best Puppy Was Mrs D Pearch's Pinkmead Lola The Showgirl For Alnessaden. (Phalene) who also went on to take Toy Puppy Group.4 under Mr E Bishop. At Wigan and District CS Mr N Blythin ( Julesville) judged the breed and found BOB & BPIB in Raper’s Kazkell Definitely Dazling. At Keighley and Dist CA Miss P Higgins judged the breed and found BOB in Rimmer’s Invergarick Royal Roulette at Pepeke and BPIB in Raper’s Kazkell Definatley Dazling, sadly I hear Keith Rimmer had a nasty fall during the show in the ring, I do hope all is well. At St Agnes and Dist CS. Best of Breed , went to Longley and Gilbert’s Chypapom Macjames, and Best Puppy was Ringlands Spicy love to Chypapom. Carleeroc Remember Soraya went through from AV Toy Puppy and won the Toy Puppy Group , she is 6 1/2 months old and it was at its first ever show with it owner who is only 15 yrs old, and is his first home bred dog.

Over in Ireland the Combined Canine International Show was held in Cloghran, Mr F Kane judged both Papillons and Phalenes and found his principle winners in: Papillons : Best of Breed, Bitch CACIB, Green Star Bitch - Neally - Sonsirae Grace Be Mine at Carrigteen JCh, CJW09, CW09, Res. BOB, RGSB & Res. Bitch CACIB -Davidson-Poston - GB CH Spinillons Saffire GSD & Dog CACIB - Mooney - Ch. Omaonaig Grey Swallow, RGSD & Res Dog CACIB - Davidson-Poston - Powdermill Touch the Future Spinillons, Best Puppy - Foley - Riverpark French Girl and in Phalenes: Best of Breed, Dog CACIB, Green Star Dog - Mooney - Ch. Serenglade Flagship by Rayol JCh CW08 , RGSD & Res. Dog CACIB - Quinn - Serenglade Irish Mist for Jessera JCh, GSB & Bitch CACIB - Mooney - Ch. Omaonaig Starfly Memory JCh/JW CJW08, RGSB & Res. Bitch CACIB - Quinn - Serenglade Sassi Girl for Jessera JCh. Many congratulations to Eileen Roberts who sends thanks to Diane Mooney for showing Nelson - (Serenglade Flag Ship By Rayol) at the Combined Canine Club's International Show in Ireland where he gained his International Champion title by winning his 4th CACIB.

The South Wales Papillon Club held their Open show with Mr Nigel Marsh (Tidemill) judging the breed, he found his principle winners in: Best In Show: Munn's - JPN CH SMILE LINE SILENZIO FARFALLE SONIA, Reserve Best In Show and Best Opposite Sex - Munn's FEORLIG MOONLIGHT SHADOW AT RINGLANDS, Best Puppy In Show - Munn's MAD ABOUT SAFFRON AT RINGLANDS, Reserve Best Puppy In Show - Brunsdon's AVONRAINE ADONIS TO HAVENBAR , Best Minor Puppy In Show: Stanbury's - INIXIA SAUCY SARA , Best Veteran In Show - Davidson-Poston's CH & IR CH IBSTOCK BRIGHT SPARK FOR SPINILLONS ShCM, Best Phalene In Show - Morrell & Teague's TEMELORA FOREST NYMPH, Best Junior Handler -Miss Sian Osborne.

Certainly a good day for the Ringlands kennel and Pat Munn was also thrilled to hear from the USA that Dorothy Hagman (Wildways Papillons) and Marion Hunter of the Denita Papillons that their bitch Ringlands Golden Story has just become an American Champion gaining her major at Tanana Valley Kennel Club Championship show.
